We started in a food truck in April 1997 and moved into our current location in June of 2000. The Mean Pig is definitely a family-run business. The Merritt family has a passion for serving Christ and community. We have shipped BBQ all over the world. We love and respect our military, first responders and our entire community. We love what we do and give God the credit for our continued success. Without him we wouldn’t be able to get up every morning and do what we love.
