During our visit to Couture Catering and Cafe, we got to sample some amazing menu items and talk with owner Amanda Pratt about the evolution from her original catering concept into an entire restaurant.

The first thing we noticed about Amanda Pratt is how upbeat she is, especially when it comes to her passion for her work. Couture Catering and Cafe started as just Couture Catering but after a mere 3 years of success, the business had to expand to a storefront. Ms. Pratt now successfully balanced both the catering aspect, as well as the cafe side of her company, without any compromise in quality. With the ability to customize and personalize a limitless menu to clients preferences and dietary needs, there is stopping Couture Catering and Cafe.

Amanda Pratt is very lively and super cheerful, she was able to become so successful in what she loves that she was basically forced to expand and grow which is super impressive and exactly the kind of homegrown story we look for at America’s Best Restaurants.
