Lassen Ale Works has been part of the Susanville community since 2012, originally brewing at the historic Pioneer Saloon in uptown. From the beginning, our goal has been to create a wide variety of craft beers to suit all kinds of beer lovers. In 2017, we expanded by opening our own taproom, The Boardroom, located in the old Tum-A-Lum lumber building. Although we parted ways with the Pioneer Saloon in 2020, The Boardroom continues to be the go-to spot for great beer and a welcoming atmosphere. While our food menu is simple—featuring pizzas, wings, salads, and sandwiches (served until 4 PM)—we take pride in serving some of the tastiest bites in Lassen County.
