Located in the scenic town of Montrose, Colorado, Jimmers proudly calls the historic Red Barn Restaurant home. When Colorado native Christopher “CJ” Picon took ownership, his vision was clear: preserve the rich history of Jimmers while creating a warm, family-friendly destination—complete with a dog-friendly patio where everyone feels welcome.
