About Linking Heights

With over 30 years of experience in the service industry, owners Bobby Schaech and Kali Brodt have long dreamed of opening more than just a restaurant—they envisioned a community gathering place. A spot where people could celebrate special occasions, enjoy a casual night out, or simply unwind over a cold beer.

Driven by the idea of connecting communities through good food and great people, they founded The NeighborLink Group, LLC. Their journey began in the scenic St. Pete Heights with the acquisition of Johnny's Restaurant and Pizza, laying the foundation for something truly special.

As a Magnolia Heights resident, Kali wanted a name that reflected their mission: fostering connections across the local neighborhoods of St. Pete, Crescent Heights, Disston Heights, Norwood Heights, and Magnolia Heights. Thus, “Linking Heights” was born—a place where everyone is welcome, and everyone can feel part of a community.

Here, it’s all about good food, great drinks, and lasting memories—a neighborhood spot designed for connection, laughter, and shared experiences.
