About Off The Beet

My wife and I have always had a love for food and the industry. It's where we met and it's a part of us. Rachel was vegan when we first met and I wasn't and am not. This made cooking a challenge but over the last decade we've learned how to make it work. We love to make fresh health conscious food and landed on Mediterranean cuisine. While she's no longer vegan today, we've grown to love the artform of using fresh ingredients and our made from scratch recipes. We feel very blessed to share our passion with you!
