Sassy Spoon is a multi-cuisine restaurant, which features food items from India, China, Thailand, Mediterranean and Caribbean. Once Chef Mariana returned to St. Maarten from culinary school, it was always her dream, as a chef to be able to open her own restaurant, where she could share her style of cooking with her community.
