HIR is a phonetic spelling of HERE and pronounced the same. We are a Mediterranean Infused Restaurant which believes in fresh ingredients purchased every day. Our incredible food is created by our Executive Chef Limey who believes in the quality of food and created his own profile that all works together.

The creation of HIR Gastro Lounge was formed by Executive Chef Limey and his wife Nanette who wanted to give people a place to enjoy good fresh food, great atmosphere, jazz music, and a sense of being somewhere else.
