As a proud family-owned and operated establishment, Hydra is now in the hands of fourth-generation locals Kate and Carson Reeder. Both born and raised in Sandpoint, they are passionate about preserving the legacy of the restaurant while continuing to raise the bar for quality and hospitality.

Kate, who served as Hydra’s General Manager for the past six years, brings her deep experience and love for the community into this new chapter of ownership. Together, she and Carson are committed to honoring the past while keeping Sandpoint’s longest-running restaurant thriving for future generations.
