About Big O's On The Hollow

Kevin O’Brien, along with his parents Patrick and Doreen, took over Big O’s on the Hollow in early 2018 with the goal of bringing something special to their community. Through hard work and the support of a loyal customer base and dedicated team, they’ve grown the business—even through tough times like the pandemic. Over the years, they’ve reinvested in the restaurant, adding features like new volleyball courts with top-quality sand and updating the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. As a family-owned business, they take pride in giving back, working with local groups on events such as 100 Men Who Care, Cupcakes & Cocktails, and annual holiday donation drives to stay connected and involved in the community.
