When we opened Saylor Mick’s Pizza & Pub at 2020 US-12 in Spring Grove, IL, our goal was more than just starting a restaurant—we wanted to create a place where everyone could feel at home. I’m Jim Saylor, and along with my partner Lin Myland, we channeled our shared passion for great food, cold drinks, and memorable experiences into something truly special.

From the very beginning, we envisioned a spot that felt like a true local hangout—a place where friends and neighbors could gather, laugh, and relax—while also serving food that was so good you couldn’t help but tell others about it. Our menu reflects that mission, featuring handcrafted pizzas, hearty pub favorites, and flavors that satisfy both comfort cravings and adventurous appetites.
