Rick's Café Boatyard is an Indianapolis icon located on the waterfront of Eagle Creek's Reservoir, best known for fresh seafood, prime steaks, and craft cocktails. 

Rick’s Cafe Boatyard has grown and evolved significantly since opening in 1994. The space now boasts several decks, an awning on the side of the restaurant, an “extended deck” with retractable siding to keep rain and wind away, and a newly added beer garden.

The inside dining space includes a large dining room with a waterfront view from nearly every seat, a bustling bar, and two private event areas -- one of which comes with a private outdoor terrace. While the menu has changed over the years, one thing remains constant: Rick's has the freshest seafood in Indianapolis. Our seafood is carefully chosen from locations around the world, and our steaks and chops are locally sourced and of the finest quality.
