When we first started this restaurant we did it with the mindset of being a place for people to come make memories and celebrate. Because we are really in the business of memories. The food is just a supporting actor in the whole experience. Want to be someone's first date, engagement dinner, 50th wedding anniversary or an 80th birthday party bus. I want people to look at Buffalo Joe's as "their" sentimental place.
