There are a lot of restaurants like this that have survived the worst two years that just keep working. It’s worth knowing about and it’s worth going out of your way for the experience. It’s just as good on the inside as how it looks on the outside. It is the goal of America’s Best Restaurants to highlight a restaurant in a small town that a lot of people have never heard of; if this was a big city, it would probably be the most popular restaurant in town. It has a unique look about it, and with great food to match it’s a hidden gem. To those of us on the show, this is an ideal profile.
