Dedicated to offering only the best ingredients, owner Hans Philippo established Holland Farms - which is located in Williamstown, Ky - and is our sole source for all beef and produce used in our menu items. Our grass-fed beef is Prime, Black Angus, and 28-40 day dry-aged for select menu and off-menu items. We have also recently incorporated Wagyu Beef to the menu, from our very own Holland Farms cows.
