About Windy Hollow Biscuit House

With many years of experience in restaurants, our owners Evelyn Miller and her daughter, Hallie McCarty, cooked up the idea for Windy Hollow Biscuit House. Our chefs Deborah Koller and Quinten Lindsay have many years of experience and love cooking good southern food for our patrons. Our caring and committed staff make sure you have a fantastic experience with us.

When you visit, take a few minutes to look around as we have filled the walls with historic items from the region and the 20th century! The collection of items were taken from the walls of the Windy Hollow Museum, where the American Pickers TV show visited in 2016. Hal Miller, Evelyn's father, was a great collector of items of all sorts and we are thrilled to be able to share them with the public once again.
