Meet “The Smoke Doctor” Cornell Clark, a local Hamburg resident who learned how to smoke ribs, pork, brisket, chicken, and more from his Dad years ago.

Open since February of 2020 (that’s right—just before the Covid pandemic!), Cornell and his team have worked hard in providing hundreds of carry-out dinner orders, catering school, and local events, and supporting the local community.

Providing the highest quality food even includes road trips to Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where Cornell has worked with a bakery to provide the best-tasting bread available.
