About T-BONES

First opened in 1984, T-BONES Great American Eatery is a classic, casual eatery offering Made-from-Scratch ™ American cuisine (comfort food) in an inviting, welcoming, and family-oriented atmosphere. Mark teamed up with two others to accomplish this in Salem NH. The Hudson location was opened in 1986, where Tom Boucher took a food server position upon graduation from college in an effort to earn some extra cash on his holiday break before starting graduate school. This could be called the longest holiday break ever for Tom, as he gave up his scholarship and never went back. Shortly after, the Bedford T-BONES location was opened in 1989. Tom and Mark collaborated to open CJ's Great West Grill, a Southwestern restaurant in 1995 in Manchester, a 4th T-BONES in Derry in 2004 and the first 'dual' concept restaurant in New Hampshire, T-BONES and Cactus Jack's on Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia in 2007. Our not too fancy, not too casual concept, Copper Door was first opened in 2011 in Bedford NH and in 2017 in Salem NH, and the 6th T-BONES Great American Eatery opened in Concord in 2020! Along with great concepts, we also offer great catering options via our ghost kitchen brand, DingDongDeliver.com! And the only thing bigger than our made-from-scratch menus is our heart; having launched Great NH Restaurants Charitable Trust, FEEDNH.org, in 2014 and have been successfully supporting the needs of Familes, Elderly, Education, and the Disadvantaged in our beautiful state ever since!

Even with our growth, our family culture has not changed. Family is not just a word used to define a group of people united by certain convictions or common affiliation. For Great New Hampshire Restaurants, family is the heart and pulse of the organization and is why so many employees have stayed with us for years. As time has passed, our commitment to each other and to the people we serve has only grown.

As in any family, each of our restaurants has its own distinct personality, a melding of the many people who breathe life inside its four walls. In 2008, it was the people coupled with the culture that inspired the genesis of the managing company, Great New Hampshire Restaurants. This managing company is how we ensure that we are unified and transparent, demonstrating to every guest a familiar commitment to executing greatness at every level of the dining experience.
