For 80 years, La Posta de Mesilla has served authentic “New Mex” cuisine in an 1840’s historic
adobe building. La Posta de Mesilla features local New Mexican chile grown in the heart of the
Hatch and Mesilla Valley, known for its world famous red and green chile. La Posta is
legendary as one of the oldest and most historic Mexican Restaurants in New Mexico and
throughout the United States.
