Founded in 2012, Boondocks Brewing was created with a mission to bring a fresh, unique, and engaging destination to both residents and visitors of Ashe County. What started as a simple vision has grown into a local favorite built around great food, great beer, and an even greater sense of community.

Proudly veteran-owned and employee-run, Boondocks Brewing is committed to excellence in everything we do while staying deeply connected to the people we serve. As Ashe County’s first commercially licensed craft beer brewery, we’ve helped pave the way for a growing local craft beer scene and continue to take pride in that legacy.
