About Nonna's Pizza

Nonna's is family-owned and run. Francesco, chef and owner, is from Bari, Italy. He started his culinary career when he was just ten years old working in a bakery in Bari. At sixteen he moved to Paris where he worked as an apprentice to a vast array of chefs gaining knowledge and experience.

Since then Chef Francesco has owned and operated over ten successful restaurants throughout Florida and is now sharing his talent in North Carolina. Nonna's is a completely scratch kitchen. All food is made fresh and to order. All our sauces are made fresh daily, especially our old family recipe marinara.
