20 Brix is a Wine Bar, Restaurant, and Wine Retail Store located in the historic district of Downtown Milford in Ohio. Opened in 2007 by Hunter Thomas, the restaurant has enjoyed many local and national accolades. The food at 20 Brix is crafted from scratch using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Led by Executive Chef Evan Hartman, the kitchen creates innovative dishes that are a mix of new American cuisine and traditional southern cooking, with a sprinkle of classic French.
