At Brekkie Shack we strive to make tasty, health-centric, creative takes on breakfast, brunch and lunch all day. Lindsey and Lisa Rusch are twin sisters, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio who always dreamt of owning a bakery. As they grew up, Lindsey drifted towards the precise art of baking; Lisa was drawn to a 'go-with-the flow and see how everything turns out' type of cooking. Learning both from their Grandma and other family, their biggest goal for Brekkie Shack is to embody a fun, casual atmosphere with healthy food, scratch baked goods, local + responsibly sourced coffee and some refreshing cocktails and drinks to celebrate any occasion or day.
