About Carnaval Brazilian Grill

Originating in Southern Brazil, most notably in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, the style of service we offer is the tableside carving of rotisserie-cooked meats by our Gauchos. Our Signature Rodizio service starts with a trip to our salad bar where you will find a variety of cold and hot items, then signal the start of your meat service by flipping your dial to green. When you flip your token to Green, the parade of meats begins. If you want to rest, turn your token to Red and when you are ready for more just turn it back to Green. Keep doing that until you have tried every skewer or until your appetite for meat has been satisfied. If the meat that comes to you is not cooked to your liking, let the gaucho know and he will be back with the perfect skewer. If you want more items from the salad bar, feel free to return to pick up your favorite bite. End your meal with our famous carrot-cake, or decadent flourless chocolate cake. For those with a smaller appetite, we offer an a-la-carte option where you can get an entree of your single most favorite meat, a burger, a flatbread, or just an appetizer or shareable plate which you can pair with your favorite beverage while you enjoy the company of your family and friends.
