About Ponobe's PartyBar and Grille
PonObe's PartyBar & Grille, formally known as Dougie Ray's located in the suburban area of Nashville, TN also known as the city of Goodlettsville, TN. Ponobe’s PartyBar and Grille was opened in 2017 by Poncita Jobe, a Nashville native. The name "PonObe" is a creative combination of Ms. Jobe’s first and last name.
Ponobe’s location is often referred by natives as sitting directly across from the Rivergate mall that has become a historic landmark of Nashville with recently announced plans of complete renovation offering a more urban appeal.
The restaurant has 2 levels with over 8,000 sq. ft. which includes a loft style space and ceiling high windows in the front. There are a total of 3 bars which are fully stocked for patrons.
The restaurant serves the traditional “bar” food with special "soul food" dishes on special occasions. PonObe’s is known for its proprietary wing sauce called PonObe-Q.
