About Brantley Creek Barbecue

In January 2017 we set out to build a craft barbecue business focused on taking meats that are so imperfect and creating something close to perfection. Naming the business after our newborn son Brantley. Striving to make customer service a strong suit and treat customers as family. Between 2017 and 2019 we focused on honing our crafts, and creating flavors all while doing catering part-time as we held full-time jobs.

In November 2019 as Brandon's job closed doors and was on the horizon just 2 weeks after being laid off we went full time barbecue and never looked back. It was not easy nor for the faint at heart. We pushed and pushed and became consistent in what we did never giving up still to this day we run off that same fuel. It has been a struggle and wouldn't have it any other way as it has made us better as people and small business owners.
