About Oli's Kitchen Bar & Grill

Chef Oli’s culinary journey began at an early age in her small hometown in Tamaulipas, Mexico, where she learned cherished family recipes passed down for over a century. By age 7, she was already mastering the kitchen under the guidance of her mother and grandmother.

Starting in the restaurant industry as a hostess, she quickly rose to management with Brinker International, then launched her first catering business at just 23. Within a few years, she opened multiple restaurants and secured large-scale contracts, including with the National Guard and Arkansas Federal Building, preparing thousands of meals daily with a focus on fresh, flavorful ingredients.

Chef Oli’s dedication to quality, organic ingredients, and eye-catching presentation has led to the successful launch of nine restaurants across the U.S. In 2014, she settled in the Texas Hill Country and opened Oli’s Kitchen in Round Mountain, earning a loyal following from surrounding communities and visitors across the state.
