Our concept is to prepare and serve high quality fresh food to our customers.

Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, From Scratch is a locally-owned, independent restaurant where our primary focus to make everything from scratch. And when we say everything, we mean it. Our bread? Made daily, from scratch. Our french fries? Made to order, from scratch. Our sauces and jams? From scratch. Pasta? From scratch. Pizza? From scratch. We even make our pastrami from scratch. Get the idea?

We can't improve on some food items so we work with local food sources such as Creminelli Meats and Gold Creek Farm to supply us with the best meats and cheeses available.
