At Stage Coach Grille, we serve guests from around the world—but we do it with a warm, down-home touch that makes everyone feel like family.

We’ve always believed in using the best ingredients, and we were committed to sourcing local long before it became trendy. Our hamburger buns come from Muddy Bees Bakery in Hurricane, just across the Virgin River, and most of our meats are from Sunbow, a trusted Northern Utah meat and produce company. Supporting local suppliers is part of who we are.

Everything in our kitchen is made with care—from our fresh, daily-prepped salads and house-made dressings to scratch-made appetizers and hand-cut USDA Prime steaks and chops. Our seafood is prepared fresh alongside those steaks, and our desserts aren’t just delicious—they’re works of art.

We also bring authentic Mediterranean flavors to the table, using extra virgin Greek olive oil, goat’s milk feta, and Kalamata olives. One of our signature favorites is our hand-cut Stage Coach Fries. And for the perfect pairing, we offer an extensive wine and beer list.
