Burger opened in November 1988 during the City Market Building’s heyday. My wife and I took over in June of 1999 with the intention of building on Burger’s popularity.
The daily ground beef was upgraded to several select cuts of beef, daily manicured and ground, then hand pattied for a winning dining experience. By adding a selection of better buns and cheeses as well as sourcing Farmers Market local produce for our ingredients, we sought to become the favorite local burger eatery. We will continue to innovate new, trendy burgers like the Blazing Saddle, the Zorba and the Cherry Burger to go with our 30 years of favorite sandwiches.
