Let me be clear—this is not fast food. Every meal is cooked to order, and my kitchen never prepares more than 12 meals at a time to ensure quality and care in every dish.

We use only the finest ingredients available in the Northwest, with most items made from scratch. Our homemade French fries are fried in 100% zero trans-fat soybean oil. Hash browns come from freshly steamed potatoes. We serve thick-cut, honey-cured slab bacon, and our garlic mashed potatoes are made at least twice a day for peak freshness.

We source our produce locally, and our salads include a variety of fresh vegetables—five in total, including crisp radishes. All burgers are made from extra-lean, certified ground chuck. Each patty is hand-formed and grilled to order.
