At Copper State Brewing Company, our mission is simple: Connecting people. Creating experiences. Crafting great beer. What keeps us motivated is our love for our community and the joy of providing a welcoming space where people can come together over delicious food and a wide variety of handcrafted beers.

Our journey into the restaurant business was a serendipitous one. Jon, a former mechanical engineer, and Missy, a teacher turned homeschooling mom, took a leap of faith when the opportunity to buy a brewery/restaurant arose. With no prior experience in the industry, they tackled the venture head-on, involving their four kids in the business. Together, they have transformed Copper State into a unique family-run establishment.

Our menu reflects our passion for pairing exceptional food with our craft beers. From woodfired pizzas and burgers to unique appetizers like our famous brussels sprouts, every dish is crafted with care. In addition to our brewery offerings, we also operate as a coffee shop, serving morning delights such as muffins, breads, and scones.

When you step into Copper State Brewing Company, you'll immediately feel the welcoming ambiance we've cultivated. Our cozy space features a woodburning fireplace, exposed brick walls, and copper accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where time seems to stand still.
