About Saint Germain Brewing Company

November 2020, we started with the simple idea of bringing something new to the area. Bring our best craft beers and food menu from us to you. On May 20th, 2022 we opened our doors to the public. From our founder to our brewery associates, we put lots of love and careful thought into all we do here. We hope you enjoy all we have to offer, and share the experience with others.

We currently do our recipe formulation brewing on site on our 1/2 bbl pilot brewing system that is located right here at the brewery. Our production brewing (the beer well sell from our taps) is brewed off site at a partner brewing company that contract brews for us.

Our future plans include a full production brewhouse to be constructed onsite here on location in Saint Germain on our current property, with a full public viewing platform and permanent attached beer garden.

Although we are experiencing some setbacks due to a continual staff shortage, we are doing the best with what we have. As we forge ahead with our continual growth, we hope you join us on this journey, one pint at a time.
